Review of 2015-2018 Proxy Voting Trends

A study by The Conference Board and Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance conducted in collaboration with FactSet and ESG data mining firm IRGS Analytics reviews more than 2,500 annual general meetings held at Russell 3000 corporations.

One key takeaway: although shareholders are voting in favor of the board and senior management continuing to determine business viability of certain sustainability activities, there are trends that suggest the demand for additional disclosure will continue to increase.
