Thibault is Labrador’s Chief Executive Officer, responsible for expanding our Transparency mission around the world.
Thibault has fifteen years’ experience working on corporate transformation and scale-up plans. Throughout his career, Thibault has navigated different environments, from strategic consulting at L.E.K Consulting and restructuring consulting at Alvarez & Marsal, to General Management roles in B2B and B2C firms. Thibault acquired experience in the digital industry serving as Chairman of global e-procurement software company Synertrade alongside its founder. His professional journey has taken Thibault around the world, from strong roots in France working for corporations with global reach, to chapters in New York in the Advertising industry, and Ulaanbaatar to create a social business.
Thibault joined Labrador founder and Chairman Laurent Rouyrès in 2021 to expand our mission to new geographies and services, while maintaining our strong DNA. Thibault is proud to serve in a mission driven company, leading the group and working alongside executive teams in the USA, Europe, and Asia. His area of focus are people and business development, digital transformation, corporate governance, and global promotion of the group.
Thibault holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris School of Management and an Executive Certificate of Digital Architecture from CentralSupelec.
Throughout his fifteen-year career, Iain has focused on improving how corporations communicate internally and externally, across all stakeholder groups.
Iain has worked with Global Fortune 500 clients in Europe, the United States and Asia. His international experience allows him to understand the communications challenges that corporations face, and to propose and implement innovative approaches that have resulted in enhanced outcomes.
Iain specializes in high-stakes communications and has acquired practical knowledge supporting corporations through significant challenges. His experience spans a wide variety of industries including food & beverage, financial services, insurance, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, media & communications, and technology.
Iain has lived and worked in seven countries and is fluent in French.
Nancy is an accomplished communications professional with over fifteen years’ experience defining editorial strategies and designing clear and persuasive materials for internal and external corporate audiences.
As the ESG Practice Lead, Nancy guides companies seeking to present their sustainability strategy and progress to stakeholders. Nancy leverages her governance background to advise companies on the best approach to communicating with investor stakeholders while considering the guidelines of ESG Frameworks.
In addition to being GRI certified, with fluency in SASB, TCFD and the UN SDGs, Nancy has an in-depth knowledge of report generation from document conception and design through to the effective dissemination of information through in-person presentations, video, printed and online materials.
Throughout her seventeen-year tenure with Labrador, Caroline has been passionate about customer satisfaction.
In various international leadership roles that include Operations Manager and Director of Client Relations, Caroline has led the delivery of exceptional client outcomes by aligning Labrador’s operational structure, sales offers and processes.
In her current role based in Atlanta, Caroline focuses on process management, and implementing best practices and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Caroline is fluent in her native French and English. She graduated from the ESSEC International Business School with a degree in Marketing, Communication, and Organization.
Tracee is a seasoned professional with over sixteen years of experience in leadership roles, specializing in customer success, sales, and strategic partnerships. With a relentless focus on driving value and fostering long-term relationships, Tracee has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
In her most recent role as Senior Director of Customer Success and Renewals at Certinia, Tracee pioneered the implementation of the Business Outcomes Methodology, aligning customer success initiatives with clients’ business objectives to drive tangible value and ROI. She spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes, resulting in improved satisfaction scores and reduced churn rates.
Prior to her role at Certinia, Tracee served as the Director of Customer Success, EUC Named Accounts at VMware, where she led a high-performing team responsible for VMware’s most strategic customer accounts. Through her collaborative approach and strategic vision, Tracee drove the success of key initiatives and provided valuable insights to executive leadership.
Throughout her career, Tracee has been recognized for her leadership, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to driving customer-centric cultures. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Georgia and is known for her expertise in customer success strategy development, renewal management, and building strong, collaborative teams. Residing in Roswell, Georgia, Tracee prefers to spend her free time outdoors or traveling with her husband and two young sons.
Jun Cudiamat has 30 years of diverse project management experience in a multi-cultural environment. He worked to synergize companies’ products and resources to pilot processes and achieve custom workflow and solutions responsive to clients’ demands. Jun also helps stakeholders navigate complex compliance requirements with his meticulous grasp of the legal and regulatory framework in the country of operation.
Jun previously served as Technical Specialist for Bloomberg L.P. in Tokyo, managing the different technologies, infrastructure and protocols for Bloomberg’s installations in investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Société Générale and UBS among others. He also worked as a Senior Analyst in the Global Equities, Corporate Finance and Research departments of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Jun’s areas of expertise also include process design, corporate planning, and organizational development & transformation. He is fluent in Tagalog, English and Japanese.
Jhenalyn has over 19 years of experience in operations. She focuses on creating and transforming operations groups to achieve quality and efficiency. Throughout her career, she has developed and challenged processes and built operations for various services from the ground up.
As the Director of Document Operations, Jhenalyn leads the service delivery of the reports including project management, design execution in various platforms, EDGAR, quality control, SEC submissions and other auxiliary services leading to publishing and printing.
Jhenalyn aims to continue building more sustainable and simplified operational structures and processes and aligning them, with the client experience and employees’ career growth in mind.
Since 2013, Jim has led the Account and Project Management teams at Labrador. His experience and passion for excellence from the top-down have helped Labrador become an industry leader in quality and customer satisfaction.
Jim is dedicated to providing the highest quality client experience, and helping our partners tell their stories effectively and efficiently. Outside of his working hours, Jim volunteers his time with multiple non-profit organizations and enjoys coaching and playing for a local men’s softball team.
Susan earned her BA in International Business and Spanish Language, graduating as a Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University. After graduation, she was able to balance her love of print with her business expertise, serving in roles ranging from account management to procurement to operations.
Susan joined Labrador US in 2013 as a senior account manager. Her strong aptitude for business strategy, operations, and mastery of print procurement quickly propelled Susan to a leadership position within the company.
Today, Susan leads the Print Operations Team, and there is no doubt that she is a cornerstone for the continued growth and success of Labrador US.
As an experienced digital transformation and marketing professional, Jessie specializes in a change-management-based approach to digital transformation, with an emphasis on the human element of deployment, accompaniment, and adoption. She brings her expertise of digital, AI-powered solutions, cross-cultural collaboration and agile methodology to the group.
With a multinational corporate background, Jessie has worked for Pernod Ricard and L’Oréal in France, and with clients Amazon, Dolby and HP in the US. Through global cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication, she aims to expand innovation efforts in Labrador’s portfolio of solutions.
Jessie holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in French and International Relations, with a Master’s in Marketing from HEC Paris.
When it comes to corporate disclosure, Broc Romanek has been blogging, speaking and living it for more than 35 years. He has served as the editor for over a dozen websites, on which he has blogged on each of them, for more than 20 years.
Broc has done the trifecta of legal practice, having been in-house for a Fortune 40 company, worked for law firms (large and small) and worked at the SEC on two separate occasions. He has written five legal treatises – including the “Proxy Season Disclosure Treatise & Reporting Guide”; “In-House Essentials Treatise”; “The Corporate Governance Treatise” and “Executive Compensation Disclosure Treatise” and three paperbacks.
Broc is a four-time Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Society of Corporate Governance and served on that Chapter’s board for 20 years. He is a former member of the Society’s National Board of Directors (having served two terms). He also is a Past Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Corporate & Securities Law Committee and formerly served on the Advisory Council for the SEC Historical Society. He taught a class in corporate governance for the George Mason University Executive MBA program and a Securities Regulation course at George Mason Law School.
Broc is a certified hypnotist and pickleball teacher.
Jennifer Cooney has dedicated over 20 years to helping public companies report effectively to their shareholders and other key stakeholders. Her areas of expertise as an attorney include securities law compliance, corporate governance, executive compensation, and general corporate matters.
Jennifer previously served as in-house counsel at Staples. During her tenure, she advised on SEC reporting and governance best practices, led the disclosure committee, acted as primary internal counsel and secretary to the compensation committee, and actively participated in investor outreach programs.
Prior to Staples, Jennifer was a Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston and an Associate at Jones Day in New York.
Deborah Koenen is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience helping public companies across different industries effectively communicate their corporate governance, executive compensation, and sustainability stories.
Deborah previously served as in-house counsel at The Allstate Corporation, Hospira and Abbott Laboratories, where she advised senior leadership teams and boards on SEC reporting, corporate governance, executive compensation, and public company reporting best practices. At Allstate, she led the legal team that supported the company’s board of directors and assisted in the development and communication of an enterprise-wide environmental, social and governance strategy. She oversaw the preparation of Allstate’s Proxy Statement, which received the Corporate Secretary/IR magazine award for Best Proxy Statement in 2015 and 2017. At each of her public companies, she collaborated with numerous cross functional teams to ensure timely, accurate and impactful disclosures. She also oversaw shareholder engagement programs, negotiation of shareholder proposals and administration of annual shareholders’ meetings.
Prior to her public company work, Deborah was a Senior Attorney in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she investigated potential violations of federal securities laws. She also was an Associate at McDermott, Will & Emery, where she provided support on a variety of litigation matters.
Judy Mayo is an experienced corporate governance and communications professional and attorney with law firm and in-house experience. She understands what information stakeholders are seeking – and how to effectively deliver it.
Judy served as Corporate Secretary and led the corporate governance function at Piedmont Natural Gas, serving as the focal point for communications with the Board of Directors, senior management and the company’s shareholders and ensuring that the Board received the proper advice and resources for discharging its fiduciary duties. As Piedmont’s securities and finance attorney, Judy strategically advised the company on SEC and stock exchange regulations and led the implementation of compliance practices.
Prior to Piedmont Natural Gas, Judy served in a similar function at Duke Energy, and advised a variety of clients in real estate, bankruptcy and related areas while at the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York.
Judy brings a range of experience to her engagements, including counseling the Board and management through mergers and acquisitions, advising Directors on corporate governance best practices, managing relationships with regulators and shareholders, and collaborating with executive compensation, tax, accounting, public relations and other corporate departments on shareholder and other public communications.
With over 20 years of experience in sustainability planning and reporting, program and project management, and communications, Sara has been a writer and ESG specialist at Labrador since 2021. She is fluent in a variety of ESG topics, including carbon neutrality, energy and resilience; biodiversity, ecosystems and water; food systems; zero waste (TRUE); green buildings (LEED, LBC, WELL); alternative transportation; sustainable procurement and supply chain; diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI); employee and stakeholder engagement; and governance. Level II certified in the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA)), Sara is fluent in corporate ESG reporting frameworks, standards and ratings, including GRI, VRF (<IR> Framework and SASB), TCDF, CDP, UN SDG’S, UNGC and more. In addition, she is a writer with experience in drafting and copy editing ESG and marketing content. A certified Sustainability Excellence Professional (ISSP SEP) since 2015, Sara has worked for or with a variety of organizations and institutions, including Fovea LLC (now part of Brailsford & Dunlavey), ESG Evolution, the University of California (San Diego), the University of New Hampshire, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Smithsonian Institution, and The Southbridge Evening News. Sara holds a Master’s of Environmental Management from Duke University, a Master’s of Education (natural resources focus) from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor’s of English from Dartmouth College.
Meredith has enjoyed a varied legal career, with a focus on corporate governance, investor communications, mergers & acquisitions and corporate social responsibility. Most recently, she was Associate General Counsel – Corporate and Securities at The Home Depot, Inc. During her seven years with Home Depot, Meredith served a key role in drafting the company’s SEC filings and advising on corporate governance matters, Board & Committee meetings, investor and public relations, and corporate compliance. She was also heavily involved in the development and review of Home Depot’s annual CSR report.
While at Home Depot, Meredith also served as lead M&A attorney on the company’s nine acquisitions, ranging in size from under $50 million to over $1.6 billion. In this role, Meredith advised on all aspects of a deal, from diligence and negotiation to stakeholder communications and integration, collaborating with teams across Home Depot and the target company.
Meredith started her legal career as a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles, where she worked on a variety of corporate and executive compensation matters for public and private companies. Prior to obtaining her JD/MBA at UCLA, Meredith worked in the music industry, serving various roles in the Legal and Business Affairs departments of a New York-based and Los Angeles-based record company.
Laura Ann Smith works with companies to develop and elevate their reporting and stakeholder communications. She combines 25-years of experience in corporate governance, executive compensation and securities law with a passion for proxy statements and ESG to provide advice on how to make stakeholder disclosure and messaging more meaningful and impactful.
Laura Ann previously served as in-house counsel at Tailored Brands and MultiPlan where she advised executive management teams and boards of directors on SEC reporting, executive compensation, and governance best practices. She collaborated closely with financial reporting, investor relations and corporate communications teams to effectively present the company’s messages to external and internal stakeholders. While at Tailored Brands, Laura Ann established the company’s cross-functional sustainability working group and was responsible for its ESG reporting initiatives.
Prior to Tailored Brands, Laura Ann was a Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston, where she counseled public companies and their boards of directors with respect to securities law, corporate governance and disclosure filings as well as all aspects of M&A and financing transactions.
Brook has an expansive and diverse background in internal, external and executive communications, as well as ESG reporting. She has worked in the fields of higher education, healthcare, government, journalism and sustainability. She is passionate about using her 20-plus years of experience to help companies shape their ESG narratives and communicate their journeys and progress in an organized and compelling manner, utilizing the guidance of global ESG frameworks. Brook is GRI certified with fluency in the UN SDGs.
Lois Yurow helps clients converse with their investors, regulators, employees, and the market through organized, well-written proxy statements, annual reports, codes of conduct, and sustainability reports. Lois also is founder and president of Investor Communications Services, LLC—a firm that specializes in converting complex legal, business, and financial documents into plain language.
Lois was Managing Editor of Wall Street Lawyer, a monthly newsletter focused on securities law, for seven years, and Managing Editor of RealCorporateLawyer.com, a website serving corporate and securities lawyers, for five. Mutual Fund Regulation and Compliance Handbook, a book she co-authored and updates annually, is published by Thomson West. Lois writes and speaks regularly about plain language, disclosure, and general securities law and governance matters.
At the beginning of her career, Lois practiced corporate and securities law, first in Chicago and then in New Jersey. She graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in economics and legal studies, and received her law degree, with high honors, from The National Law Center at The George Washington University. She earned a late-in-life master’s degree in communication and information studies from Rutgers University.
Focusing on proxy statements and annual reports, Pierre has nine years of experience creating thoughtful and impactful shareholder communications for the Fortune 250. With a thorough understanding of clients’ content and strategy, he helps simplify complex information to improve clarity and advance key messaging.
Previously, Pierre worked at the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance researching the role of corporations in the social, regulatory and market environment. He enjoys the rigors of academic work and loves digging into the details to help clients communicate with stakeholders in more effective and meaningful ways.
Nicole brings over 15 years’ experience in Information Design to her role at Labrador. Nicole’s expertise spans annual/ESG and proxy reporting for print and web projects, with a particular focus on the end-user experience, including visually impaired readers.
Nicole is passionate about bringing clarity and simplicity to complex text, data, and graphic elements, and she works closely with Labrador’s Design, and Design Execution teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
Prior to Labrador, Nicole served as Argyle’s founding Creative Director, and as Design Director at Publicis JimenezBasic. Nicole studied B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of the Philippines.
Working for award-winning design firms throughout her career, Donna has developed a deep understanding of shareholder communications, focusing primarily on annual reports and proxy statements for Fortune 500 companies.
Known for her client advocacy, Donna is adept at accessing the appropriate resources to keep projects moving smoothly and to resolve situations as they occur from concept through to completion.
Donna’s hands-on experiences allow her to skillfully respond to the needs of her clients and provide custom solutions to help corporations explain their strategic messaging in a clear and concise manner to their audiences.
Siobhan is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability, in both her personal and professional life. She brings this commitment to every project she undertakes. Siobhan firmly believes in the value of transparent corporate communication and is GRI certified. She has experience in creative writing, visual arts, management, and sustainable business practices. Siobhan works closely with her clients, as well as Labrador’s advisory and design teams, to ensure that their ESG progress is accurately and transparently communicated and that their reports are beautifully designed.
Teresa McCreight began her corporate communications career over 12 years ago focusing on corporate disclosure documents. Her experience spans business development, project management and creative.
Teresa enjoys working with companies seeking to be more transparent in their disclosure. She is passionate about Labrador’s convictions on transparency and its impact on shareholder trust.
She understands reader behavior and the importance of information design to clearly and concisely communicate. Her goal is to help firms find the correct solution and to execute documents that promote shareholder confidence.
Dierdre Zackery-Qualls has ten years of experience working at marketing and communication agencies in creative and project management roles across various industries. Dierdre focuses on impactful ESG content disseminated across reports and other stakeholder communications prepared by Labrador. With her experience in corporate communications and marketing, Dierdre brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to merging design and content.
Dierdre is GRI-certified and has familiarity with SASB the UN SDGs. She earned a Master of Science in Environmental Sustainability and Business from the University of Leeds.
Mariann Yattaw has over 15 years’ experience in creative direction, strategy, and working with executive management. Combined with an enthusiasm for purposeful aesthetics, she creates compelling user experiences across print and digital media. Prior to joining Labrador, Mariann lent her skills to a broad range of profit and non-profit organizations — notably XPRIZE Foundation, Church & Dwight, and Conagra. Additionally, she has supported small and medium businesses and startups within the lifestyle, fashion, and technology industries. Mariann holds a BA in Fine Art, Graphic Design, and Marketing from California State University of Long Beach.
Heber is passionate about effective communication methodologies, compelling infographics, and helping organizations connect with stakeholders through impactful brand narratives. He brings over a decade of experience in artistic team management, creative strategy, and product development for renowned companies in the fashion industry. With a BS in Fiber Science and Apparel Design from Cornell University and an MS in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability from Glasgow Caledonian New York College, Heber’s background combines design, sustainability, and business communications.
