Companies asked to go beyond SEC requirements surrounding employee disclosure

Some pension funds and charitable organizations are pushing for additional employee disclosure outside of what is required by the SEC. A letter sent to the boards of the Fortune 500 asks about experience and education levels, geographic location, different types of compensation, among other breakdowns.
