Stéphane is the most numerate of Labrador employees ! He developed his working methods and eye for detail while working on tax optimization strategies at a chartered accountancy firm, specializing in the boating sector. A plane ticket later he took charge of the accounting department at the French West Indies base of France's leading yacht-hire company. Ask him a question about the French West Indies and he'll answer you in Creole ! When he returned to Paris, he was in charge of management control at a direct marketing company in preparation of its stock market listing, before returning to the boating sector where he took control of a restructuring program. Afterwards he wanted to create his own start-up. At the same time, he was offered a new opportunity: Labrador.

A spirit of entrepreneurship, teamwork and a respect for human values have kept his ship moored at Labrador since 2003. As Finance and Human Resources Manager, he ensures that all employees adhere to the company's values, while keeping a close eye on the accounts.

The transparency of financial information is the mirror-image of his convictions...at Labrador he has found his home base !
